About the Photographer
Retired from a career as an advertising agency executive and freelance writer, Mark Hopkins is a relative newcomer to art photography, having acquired his first digital camera in 2004. His work, which focuses primarily on exploring abstract aspects of the natural environment, has been featured in several solo exhibitions in the Greater Boston area and selected for a variety of juried shows. He is an artist member of the Copley Society of Art, the Concord Art Association, and the Cambridge Art Association.
